Nucleco participates in the European Researchers Night 2016

Nucleco, together with Sogin, participated in the eleventh edition of the European Researchers Night, an initiative promoted by the European Community, which involved over 300 European cities.
The slogan of the 2016 edition was “MADE IN SCIENCE” and aimed to show how science is a veritable “knowledge chain”, capable of producing and stand out in terms of excellence, quality, creativity, reliability, transnationality, skills and responsibilities.
On Friday, 30 September, at the Casaccia Research Centre, the Sogin Group welcomed numerous visitors in an exhibition space set up to narrate the work it carries out every day for the safety of citizens and protection of the environment.
In particular, Nucleco aroused curiosity and enjoyment by involving participants in live and interactive science experiments, while Sogin, through fixed installations and video projections, explained the safety maintenance and decommissioning activities of Italian nuclear plants.
