The Board of Directors of Nucleco, the Sogin group company leader for the management of radioactive waste and in the decontamination and remediation of nuclear plants and industrial sites in Italy, appointed Mr. Lamberto D'Andrea as its new CEO.

 

The Board of Directors convened immediately after the conclusion of the meeting of the Shareholders, in which Mr. D'Andrea was appointed as a Board member, and designated him as the new CEO.

 

Composed also by Mr. Alessandro Dodaro - as Chairman - and Ms. Fernanda Di Gasbarro, the present Board of Directors will remain in office until the approval of the 2017 Financial Statements.

 

An engineering graduate, Mr. Lamberto D'Andrea, with a previous management experiences in ISMES, Enel Group, and, since its establishment, in Sogin, was formerly CEO of Nucleco in 2007-2010.
