Sogin: Shareholders' Meeting approves 2019 Annual Report

The Shareholders' Meeting today approved the Group's Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements 2019, approved on 28 May by the new Board of Directors in office since 12 December 2019, with Chairman Luigi Perri and Chief Executive Officer Emanuele Fontani.

Following this approval, the Sogin Group's 2019 Sustainability Report is now available on sogin.it.

The Shareholders' Meeting also appointed Pricewaterhousecoopers S.p.A. to audit the accounts of Sogin Group for the three-year period 2020 - 2022, on the reasoned proposal of the Board of Statutory Auditors and following the completion of a European tender procedure.​
