Approval of the new organizational functioning model of Nucleco

The Board of Directors of Nucleco, which took office on 23 June and is chaired by Nadia Cherubini, has approved the new organizational operating model of the Company in the Sogin Group.
The new structure, proposed and presented today by the Chief Executive Officer Luca Cittadini, is a fundamental step in the preparation of the new Industrial Plan that will outline the evolution of Nucleco's business, also assessing the current opportunities arising from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), and will be part of the Group's Industrial Plan 2020 - 2025.
The organizational model, which distinguishes between business, business support and staff functions, responds to the main drivers on which the work of the new management team led by CEO Cittadini is already focused:
- the advancement of engineering activities and construction sites, with a focus on program management;
- lo the development of orders, both in the nuclear and environmental fields;
- la sustainabilityandtechnological innovation of process and product, through the enhancement of know-how and internal skills;
- a new commercial strategy, aimed at strengthening Nucleco's presence in the markets and directing the development of the services offered to customers.
The reorganization confirms the wide availability of young talents within the Company and the commitment of the new Top Management in the enhancement of skills and competences, also through the adoption of innovative tools of internal evaluation.
