Nucleco at the ERA14 international forum

​Nucleco participated in the 14th International Symposium on Nuclear and Environmental Radiochemical Analysis, the international forum dedicated to research in the field of nuclear and environmental radiochemical analysis that took place from 13 to 15 September at the National Railway Museum, York (UK).

For the first time in an international context, the company reported on its experience in the field of radiochemical analysis.

 

In particular, technicians from the chemistry and radiology laboratory presented the poster “Determination of Plutonium isotopes in radioactive waste contaminated with Uranium and Thorium”, to illustrate Nucleco's work in the field of alpha-emitter determination.

It was an opportunity to publicise the services offered by the company through its laboratories and to increase know-how through comparison with other international organisations. ​​​​
